CANSEA is the Southeast Asian network of Climate Action Network (CAN).

The Climate Action Network is a worldwide network of over 900 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in more than 100 countries, working to promote government and individual action to limit human-induced climate change to ecologically sustainable levels.

CAN members work to achieve this goal through information exchange and the coordinated development of NGO strategy on international, regional, and national climate issues.

You can read more about CAN website here andand follow CAN on Facebook and twitter.

The CAN Charter
This document gives clarity to CAN and its members about the way the CAN network is organized and works. It also gives other readers a description of CAN.
In joining the CAN network, members all contributed to producing these constitutional rules and guidelines for the CAN network. This document tends to facilitate and enable decision-making, rather than prescribe rules.

To support the CAN Charter and to clarifiy its own governance, ways of working and procedures CANSEA has its own Charter and by-laws that can be accessed here.
